As a Treasury Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering treasury and cash management projects. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Partner with clients: Work closely with CFOs, treasurers and finance teams to understand their liquidity, funding and risk management needs.
• Optimise treasury operations: Analyse and improve cash management structures, payment processes and working capital efficiency.
• Support cash & liquidity management: Help clients forecast cash flows, manage liquidity positions and design effective cash pooling solutions.
• Manage financial risks: Assist in identifying and mitigating FX, interest rate, counterparty risks and commodity price risks through appropriate hedging strategies.
• Advise on funding strategies: Support clients in evaluating financing options, preparing funding requests and strengthening relationships with financial institutions.
• Implement treasury solutions: Contribute to the selection and implementation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) systems digital tools.
• Deliver insights: Perform financial analyses and develop clear reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with colleagues in Advisory, Audit, Tax and Digital to deliver integrated client solutions.

We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong financial foundation and a passion for treasury and risk management. Here’s what will set you apart:

• Relevant experience: 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance or financial consulting.
• Educational background: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or a related field.
• Language skills: Fluency in French or Dutch and English, with strong communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset: Strong skills in financial analysis and problem-solving.
• Technical affinity: Interest or experience in treasury systems, Excel modelling and digital tools.
• Client focus: Ability to build relationships and deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
