Forget theoretical innovation plans. You turn ideas into action. You identify opportunities, build prototypes, test tools, and make sure innovation truly lands within our audit teams.

• Accelerate the audit innovation roadmap – Co-develop and execute a pragmatic innovation roadmap aligned with the strategic priorities of our audit department. You help define where we go next — and make it happen.
• Turn business needs into concrete solutions – Translate requirements from audit teams into proofs of concept, prototypes and pilots. You bridge the gap between business and technology.
• Experiment hands-on with new tools – Explore and test data analytics, BI tools, RPA, ML/AI prototypes, workflow automation and collaborative solutions. You don’t just talk innovation — you build it.
• Drive pilots and adoption – Coordinate pilot trajectories with internal teams and member firms, define impact and risk assessments, and ensure smooth adoption within audit practice.
• Measure what matters – Establish clear KPIs to quantify traction, time savings and quality improvements. You make impact visible and measurable.
• Enable and inspire colleagues – Develop training materials, onboard users and support change processes. You help colleagues embrace new ways of working with confidence.
• Safeguard quality and compliance – Ensure new technologies are implemented in line with audit standards, quality requirements and regulatory expectations.

Your foundation:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience within audit/accountancy or strong affinity with audit processes (experience in relevant tech roles is also valued)
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, BI tools, RPA, workflow automation or ML/AI proofs of concept
• Ability to build prototypes or drive R&D initiatives based on structured requirement lists
  Strong stakeholder management skills: you translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus
