What will you be doing?

As a Change Manager, you’ll be at the heart of transformation projects, helping organisations adapt to new ways of working. You’ll work on diverse assignments across industries—from public sector to energy and finance—often in the context of IT implementations. Your role is to ensure that change is not only managed, but truly embedded.

At BDO, you’ll join a vibrant Change Community where colleagues regularly exchange best practices and support each other through project challenges. Once a week, the team gathers at the office to connect, collaborate and enjoy informal moments together.

Here’s what a week might look like:

  • Designing and executing change strategies for clients implementing new digital tools
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to assess readiness and resistance
  • Developing communication and enablement plans tailored to each organisation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with business goals
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure sustainable adoption

What do you bring to the table?

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow and take ownership, not a unicorn. If you recognise yourself in the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • 4–8 years of experience in change management, ideally in consulting or project-based environments
  • You are certified in change management, for example through Prosci ADKAR
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Affinity with IT environments, such as ERP, CRM or other digital tools
  • Flexibility to work across sectors and regions, with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
