As our IFRS Manager, your day starts with strategizing for your team.

• You work closely with clients from all industries and sizes to ensure accuracy, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and deliver the quality audit work that people can trust.

• Lead the IFR Advisory team, optimizing work allocation and policies
• Advise clients on complex accounting issues and IFRS conversions
• Engage in business development, expanding our client base
• Support audit partners with accounting advice and compliance reviews

• You'll work closely with BDO Global, ensuring that our services are top-notch and aligned with global standards.

Your foundation:

• Have 5+ years of IFRS experience, preferably in audit or financial reporting
• Excel in IFRS technical skills; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Can apply research effectively to client scenarios
• Communicate clearly and present confidently
• Are analytical, results-oriented, and capable of leading

Your personality:

• Your communication skills are on point, allowing you to deliver your message to colleagues and clients
• You adapt quickly to new challenges and client needs
• You demonstrate flexibility and proactive thinking, always seeking solutions rather than just identifying problems
• You have some people management experience and ambition to grow into senior leadership roles
