What will you be doing?

You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include:

  • Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matter
  • Coaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
  • Driving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and services
  • Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications

What do you bring to the table?

You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.

  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics
  • ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
  • Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus
  • Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic
  • Familiarity with the Antwerp region and a natural ability to broaden your network
