We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital and technology transformation projects. In this client-facing, high-impact role, you will work closely with our clients to align their business goals with effective technical solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ strategic objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between business teams, IT departments, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, timelines, and governance structures, while implementing effective change management processes.
• Ensure comprehensive risk, budget, and resource management throughout project lifecycles.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams that promote sustainable change.
• Organize and lead workshops and steering committees, providing regular updates to management.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and champion continuous improvement

• 4-6 years of experience in a consulting firm or large organisation.
• Proven track record delivering digital or technology transformation initiatives (not limited to ERP)
• Eager to learn about new emerging technologies and different technological solutions
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a talent for stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification are a plus
