We are seeking passionate and talented AI Engineers to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidates will possess a deep curiosity about GenAI, demonstrate creativity and practical problem-solving skills, and be committed to producing high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to create user-centric solutions from high-level guidance or specifications.
• Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Utilize generative AI building blocks such as prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines and evals to design complex and innovative software systems.
• Employ AI-assisted tools like Github Copilot for rapid software development, testing, and debugging.
• Stay at the forefront of AI developments by continuously expanding knowledge of AI building blocks and coding tools.

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, including 1 year in LLMs and generative AI.
• Proficiency in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector search techniques, and embedding pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries, prompt engineering, langchain and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and access challenges in AI solutions and strong skills in data sourcing, transformation, and preparation techniques.
• Strong communication skills in FR/EN or NL/EN to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted coding, with a track record of leveraging modern code autocompletion, QA, and generation tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Demonstrate the ability to keep up with rapid industry changes through strategic learning initiatives.
