ICT Project Manager - Digital Advisory

We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong delivery leadership, business acumen, and the ability to bridge IT and business teams effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, excels at stakeholder management, and brings a structured approach to delivering measurable value.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end program/project delivery for enterprise transformation initiatives
• Act as the central liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Define scope, objectives, KPIs, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage risks, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Ensure alignment between strategic business goals and technology execution
• Facilitate workshops, executive steering committees, and status reporting
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure delivery success

• 5–8 years of experience in project/program management in consulting or large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital or business transformation programs
• Strong understanding of both business processes and IT landscapes.
• Strong communication skills in NL/EN and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
