What will you be doing?

At BDO, you will work on infrastructure projects, from renewable energy to large-scale transport networks. You will assess financial feasibility, funding structures, and investment strategies, helping clients navigate complex financial challenges.

 

A day in your role could look like this:

 

  • Developing financial models to assess project feasibility and returns.
  • Advising clients on financial structuring (e.g., Subordinated Debt, Mezzanine, Equity Bridge Facility, Senior Facilities).
  • Collaborating with experts to analyze tax implications and technical aspects.
  • Interacting with private and public sector clients, offering strategic financial advice.
  • Building a network with investors, construction firms, and public authorities.
  • Supporting other Financial Advisory teams when needed.

What do you bring to the table?

We’re looking for a finance-driven problem solver who thrives in an analytical and client-facing role. Here’s what you need to succeed:

 

  • Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or business economics.
  • Experience in financial modelling or project finance (preferably in consulting or banking).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial models.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative and learn.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is an asset
