RPA Consultant

BDO’s Digital Advisory Teams are successful in providing advice and support to our clients on their Digital Transformation projects. We are seeking a RPA Consultant to join our team and support our clients in automating complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA technologies, business process analysis, and automation development.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using the leading RPA tool UiPath.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on automation best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new automation technologies, and best practices.

• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, .NET, or VBScript.
• Experience with process analysis, process optimization, and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (mother tongue can be Dutch or French)
