What will you be doing?

At BDO, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients across the private and public sectors by providing tailored advice and solutions for real estate and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Providing strategic financial advice on corporate finance, fund structuring, and investment decisions.
  • Leading feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of large-scale projects.
  • Preparing proposals, reports, and presentations to communicate your findings clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members and partners on complex deals and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Building dynamic financial models in Excel to support decision-making for PPPs, renewable energy projects, and large-scale developments.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, or corporate banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset—you love tackling complex financial challenges and turning them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong command of Dutch and English. French is an asset.
  • Microsoft Excel has no secrets for you.
  • Proactive and results-driven—you’re eager to develop further expertise in financial modelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with the FAST modelling standard, VBA, or other financial tools is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of real estate and construction is a plus.
