What will you be doing?

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment processes and strategies hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Team. Here's how you’ll make an impact:

  • Inspire and lead the recruitment team, driving passion and excellence in every step of the journey to make it count!
  • Proactively build and nurture talent pools for key strategic roles, creating a strong pipeline of candidates ready to shape our future, while continuing to manage recruitment efforts directly.
  • Own the recruitment and selection process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to discover the perfect fit for our team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our Marketing and Employer Branding colleagues to amplify our appeal as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze and refine recruitment strategies, using data-driven insights to ensure our tools and channels align with company goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors, managing contracts efficiently and ensuring smooth operations every step of the way.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, crafting impactful initiatives that enrich our talent attraction and acquisition processes.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless and efficient outcomes.
  • Proven leadership & people management skills, inspiring and guiding teams with diverse profiles toward success.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, building strong, collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Process-oriented mindset, with a talent for optimizing workflows and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of designing strategic and innovative solutions for talent challenges.
  • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with expertise in recruitment platforms (ATS) and a knack for using analytics to guide decision-making. Familiarity with iCIMS and Power BI is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills in French, Dutch, and English, fostering effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
