Our Deal & Valuation department is mainly active in Transaction Services (buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence investigations), Valuation of companies and M&A mandates. The last couple of years, we have seen a strong growth in Corporate Finance and we are therefore hiring junior consultants for our office Namur.

What will you be doing?

  • Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
  • Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
  • Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
  • Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
  • Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum

What do you bring to the table?

  • University background in finance or business economics
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and/or French
  • Advanced working knowledge of English
  • Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
  • Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
  • Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
  • Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
  • Can do and result driven attitude
  • Team player and self-starter
  • Eager to learn
