To strengthen our Learning & Development team (BDO Academy), we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented and accurate Learning & Development Officer.
The Academy team develops and supports learning for more than 900 colleagues and streamlines the delivery of diverse learning solutions to our customers. This learning is very diverse in form and content: from eLearnings to complex blended learning pathways; from specific technical knowledge to personal skills.
You will be part of a team in full growth that puts learning on the map within BDO as a crucial lever to the success of BDO. Expertise in learning (or the desire to learn), customer focus, enthusiasm and entrepreneurship are key to our team.
BDO is a people-oriented organisation with a distinct identity and strong values: learning is part of what we do every day with and for our customers. In addition, you will also be part of the entire HR team of 25 people and you can also rely on the in-house knowledge of experienced trainers and consultants
