To support the growth of our MarCom Department, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the total customer journey of our marketing activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines while keeping an eye for detail
  • Collaborating with different internal departments and stakeholders
  • Working independently with maturity and proactivity
  • Providing strategic support to your internal stakeholders by helping them to achieve their goals
  • Developing communication plans and engaging with diverse stakeholders to achieve an agreed plan of action that focuses on the approach to our clients and prospects
  • Critically evaluating your work and identifying areas for improvement
  • Demonstrating strong project management skills, with the ability to remain focused, organized, and precise
  • Being flexible and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identifying and responding to spontaneous opportunities and acting as a sparring partner for our internal customers with diplomatic skills.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in FR/NL/EN.
  • Affinity for Marketing and Communication
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar project management role
  • Experience in working in large complex organizations while effectively managing stakeholders
  • Ability to translate requirements into action, with a clear focus on deliverables
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Commercial, analytical, proactive, and highly organized with excellent project management skills
