Salesforce Consultant

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using Salesforce
• Leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members on Salesforce best practices, solutions, and tools
• Designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
• Conducting testing and quality assurance on Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable
• Providing training and support to clients on Salesforce solutions
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to continuously improve our services and offerings.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record in delivering successful projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions
• Experience in configuring Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy, negotiation skills, and flexibility
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
