BDO Belgium is looking for a Finance administrative assistant to strengthen the teams in Zaventem. As a Finance administrative assistant, you will be part of the central credit team and will be responsible for various financial administrative tasks, including collection procedures, invoicing, project set-up, purchase invoices, and providing support to managers and partners.

What will you be doing?

As Finance administrative assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare and complete daily invoices for managers/partners
  • Develop and implement project set-up procedures for new clients and projects
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of project set-up procedures
  • Process relevant information for collection procedures in a central tool
  • Follow up on purchase invoices, including internal cost invoices and rebilled invoices
  • Assist managers/partners with various financial and administrative tasks as needed

  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a very good knowledge of French and English.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
