Part of the advisory department of BDO, we pursue, with the Strategy & Transformation's Team the mission to help our clients to work more (cost) efficiently, customer focused, people driven and result oriented. We guide and support our clients to succeed in their journey from the strategy definition to its implementation and to seek for continuous improvement via multidisciplinary skills, adapted approaches and professional tools.

Our team is offering consulting and training services in 4 domains :

• Strategy Services : Defining a future-proof strategy and implementing it


• Customer Excellence : Understanding your customer and delivering great experiences.


• Operational Excellence : Streamlining processes and improving productivity


• Organization& People Transformation : Designing a "fit for purpose" organisation and guiding your people through the change

What are we looking for ?

To pursue our growth, we are looking for new colleagues to join us and strengthen the team as Management Consultant

This job is definitely for you if you ...

• have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a relevant field ;


• have a master's degree in Economics, Management or a similar domain ;


• maitrises le français, vrij vlot Nederlands spreekt and can have a fluent conversation in English;


• do not like to stand still and are curious to learn. You are always looking for new challenges in various sectors (banking & insurance, telecom, healthcare, public sector,...) and domains ;


• have the ambition to have a real impact on the organizations you work with ;

If you have certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci and ITIL, analytics (PowerBI, Tableau...) this will certainly be a bonus in your application!
